Τορόντο Ονταριο Καναδας 2010 τα βραβεία

TIFF announced the list of award winning films earlier this afternoon. The most prominent prize - the People's Choice Award - went to Tom Hooper's The King's Speech starring Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush. The film tells the story of King George VI's efforts to overcome his speech impediments by hiring a speech therapist who has some rather unorthodox techniques. The film, as is the tradition for People's Choice Award Winners, will be screened again for free this evening at 6pm at the Ryerson Theatre. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first served basis beginning at 4pm at the Ryerson Theatre box office.
